- Each user is only allowed to have one account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- Providing false or misleading registration information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
- You are fully responsible for all bets and transactions made through your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 27th user, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Any attempts to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software or bots for betting are strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
27th reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or upon request from relevant authorities. Valid balances on accounts closed for non-fraud reasons will be returned after investigation, subject to applicable fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 27th platform including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software are exclusive property of 27th or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission from 27th.
Third-Party Links
The 27th platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
27th reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review this page to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the 27th platform will first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms under Malaysian jurisdiction.
